Bio

My name is Jennie Kitching, otherwise known as Hypnowoman. I'm an Advanced Senior Hypnotherapist with over 20 Years of Experience, and I'm passionate about putting people back in control of their own minds.

Unwanted thoughts and unwanted behaviours can convince us that we're incapable of being who we want to be. No one should have to feel trapped inside their own minds, or feel uncomfortable in their own bodies, and least of all feel as though there's no hope for it getting better.

There is. You found me!
