Self-Paced - You could take all of the 12 Months to answer the questions, or finish it in just a few. You are required to keep a reflective journal of your experiences within the profession - for example, work you have done with clients or times you have practiced with friends and family - and submit these journal entries to your trainer, so that you may receive advice on how to improve and keep track of your growth.
