You may have reached a point in life where nobody seems to listen to your good advice anymore and you can’t seem to make anybody happy and still, they all want you to be there for them almost ALL of the time? Trying to Save Others & Learning for Ourselves
Have you ever noticed, that at times when you cannot be there for them, or give certain friends or family members what they need, that things seem to work out okay in the end?
It may be a messier trip, for them, though let a person run with what you consider a ‘wrong idea’ that does not serve them or others and sooner or later they will find out the hard way, or a different way. Perhaps you have tried to stop that happening, which is great for them, though utilises your energy more than you might think, resulting in often a building of anxiety into complete overwhelm.
You know that well, I am sure, such as when someone says something that tips you over the edge, which usually would not have impacted upon you so harshly. You are in anxiety overwhelm and super sensitive to protect yourself.
Over-doing Ineffectiveness
The same happens when people overdo things. You might go on and on about the dangers of eating too much sugar, or smoking or, because you want the best for them, you attempt to curtail their intake of their favourite food or whatever.
Then, maybe, in retrospect, you realise that if you had stepped back and just allowed them to continue overdoing things then they would come to a point sooner rather than later, when they realised they had to cut down or stop.
Much as you might want to, you cannot force people to do what you think is best for them, though you can encourage, support, guide and advise and wise folks have always known just how to do this and here it all is for you – passed down from one to another since the days of old, brought slap bang up to date with the best techniques around today for you to use at home.
What yYour True Responsibility is
Your duty to yourself is to learn to relax and take some time for yourself without feeling that it is all up to you. What you do not accomplish will not result in disaster. The world’s salvation does not rely upon you alone and there is help for you in your endeavours when you seek it.
The interconnectedness of all things can come to serve you when you allow it to. You most probably have a tremendous amount to teach and offer others, though you are disappointed when others do not change immediately. It’s a lot of pressure and disappointment to handle alone.
The obvious flaws you recognise within the world are not as obvious to others and you wonder why others do not share such observations or feel as passionate about the reform that you desire.
Patience is a Virtue that Anxiety Hates
Patience is needed for you to understand others and to recognise that it is not all up to you. It is crucial for you to get in touch with your own feelings, particularly those which are unconscious in nature; you may find this uneasy at first. It is important to realise that others will not condemn you for being human and having needs and limitations.
As you accept the love and acceptance of others you begin to soften your radical view of injustices and forgive yourself for not being as perfect as you would have yourself be.
You need to honour who you are and what you stand for in the world. You do not have to impress upon anyone outside of you what you believe in and what is true for you. They have their own truth, which they feel is just as valid as yours.
When you can honour each person's unique view of the world and sometimes allow it to offer a new contemplation to your own, without condemnation, a resolution becomes apparent.

What you want: Relieving Anxiety, with Balance and Integrity
Remember, integrity and balance begins within yourself and is projected out into your world. When others disturb your sense of self, perceiving you are overly critical or interfering, or indeed not doing enough(!) you need a technique to diffuse that. So here we are.
When to use this technique
This is to be used when you wish to have a boost and feel the best of all your qualities, to enhance your most positive aspects and understand and diminish your frustrations.
The Serenity Sphere
There you are in a calm and perhaps even a happy state and along comes someone and POW! Where did your happy and calm state go? The power of changing your state is in your own hands, your own power - though I know it does not feel like it is. This is a process you can use when others throw you off balance and pull you out of your happy place – this is the map back to there!
You are going to now create a Sphere of Balance and Integrity. You shall be able to enter here whenever you choose and carry it with you everywhere, feeling better in any circumstance.
Just like all good things, it takes a bit of effort to set up and a bit of alone time. If you think you are too busy, remember this is important for you.
Here are the steps for the creating and the using of this technique, which you need to practise right now so that you can feel better, be balanced and recognise your potential to do what you came here to do.
STAGE ONE
Form a sphere upon the floor just ahead of you: rising from a circle, and give it a bubble-like substance and dimension, translucent, though coloured with integrity.
If you are not particularly ‘visual’ then draw one on the paving, or do what I did and use a child’s hula hoop! This needs to be big enough for you to jump or step into this vortex of energy. When you master this mental mind control technique you carry your balance and inner state of integrity around with you.
STAGE TWO
Remember (NOT IMAGINE, remember) a time you enjoyed a sense of surety that you were doing the right thing, feeling authentic, truthful and passionate about what is true and right.
Project that into this sphere. Feel that sense of authenticity within you, your true sense of purpose, your resilience and tenacity.
Your ability to see and sense the injustices of your environment are a gift and balance begins with recognising that it is already there deep within yourself and this is being projected out into the world. Whatever is occurring in the world out there, remains ‘out there’ because you have trust in your sense of right and wrong, your inner justice, your passionate resolve to be the best you can be and offer your service to the world.
Now you have this sphere. Notice what you want to be doing.
How would you be, if you were balanced and felt your innate sense of integrity in the face of adversity?
See, imagine, sense yourself inside that sphere.
Imagine that everything goes perfectly, even if you are criticised for interfering or do not manage to communicate yourself adequately to effect the changes you wish to see.
You remember those times when you have felt your powerful, truthful inner state of integrity and intention to do the right thing.
You feel the response of your body to this new awareness, no matter what happens, you stay centred and balanced in your intention and calm in your understanding of own wellbeing.
There are things that will not resolve themselves regardless of that great effort on your part.
Change will happen when the time is right and when others are open to the suggestion and maybe other factors need to be in place; you realise it is not totally up to you.
You absolve yourself of responsibility.
Those things you CAN do something about, you DO.
Those things you can’t, you don’t and this is the way it is meant to be.
You feel balanced and keep your integrity.
Modelling
You can play with this further and step-into-the-shoes-of role playing of a movie hero, a living legend, or anyone you admire to get into that calm state.
Sense yourself as you are at your very best: strong, confident, understanding.
You do not condone another’s inappropriate behaviour, but you allow it to just wash over you as unimportant.
What would your movie hero do if their integrity were challenged?
You can play with the response, with being beyond reproach, or with listening and understanding; though knowing sometimes others are off balance. Maybe they are not ready to listen or may perceive you as other than you are, not realising your intentions and, well, that’s okay.
A friend looking at you doing this process will see physical, noticeable changes in your breathing and posture when you've got it. You will feel a sigh, an understanding, an acceptance of letting go of all that is beyond your control and not your job to worry about. You know what is important to you and you do what you can and nurture your state of balance within. Anxiety naturally dissipates.
STAGE THREE
Step into the sphere.
Develop a full representation of the state.
What does it feel like to let go and truly relax?
How do your shoulders feel?
What is your breathing like?
What do you see in your mind’s eye when you imagine being the best you can be in this scene?
Remember times of balance and integrity, being respected and respectful.
Yes, they were all very nice at the time but they are tools for you to utilise when you would otherwise be thrown off balance by those around you now.
Those times in the past when you weren’t balanced and you were adversely affected by factors of your environment, people, places, events, well, that is the past, which is now over and gone and now is a new time.
What do you hear when you think of truth and beauty and balance, how are these things represented to you?
See and sense, with every once of your Being, sense yourself in the sphere feeling wonderful. Visualise it fully.
Feel your greatness and calm. Feel the fullness of the energy. Be balanced.
Have and own that integrity, that passion to do the right thing, knowing that you are right, just, honourable and true.
It does not matter what anyone else says or does, you stay calm and balanced within your own energy.
STAGE FOUR
Recognise and accelerate that state.
Pull up all of your experiences and qualities as if they were a fountain within you from the bottom of your feet and shoot them out of the very top of your head.
Allow them to shower down around you: pictures and images, sights and sounds, tastes and smells, colours and shapes of truth, of integrity, of authenticity and balanced happiness. Own this.
Realise these are Yours. This is your experience, your memories, your tools to draw upon and now sense them all around you in this vortex of balance and integrity.
Now as they cascade around you and fall to the ground, pull them back up again into your feet becoming more powerful each and every time and feel the ‘zap’ of energy as you breathe in sharply and shoot them out of the top of your head once more!
Let them cascade and dance all around and do it again and again and again. Feel your marvellous power. Be your authentic self.
Escalate all of your integrity and balance and proper, right and true intention.
This sphere is a resource state so that you can utilise at any time. Realise that you can draw upon this state at will by practising it, as you are able to bring it forth when you need it most.
Anchor This!
Do some physical action right now to ‘anchor’ the experience so your inner mind knows when to reconnect you with this resourceful state, choose.

Often, just holding your own hand in a particular way gives you the reassurance that you are doing the right thing. Good. Well done you, you now have a physical, emotional and mental tool to enable you to change State at any time when YOU need YOU.
